About Openprise

Openprise is the Ops and AI orchestration platform for modern GTM teams. We help go-to-market teams clean, enrich, and activate their data so automation and AI actually work at scale.

We’re building a brand that’s community-oriented and shows up smart, creative, and a little unexpected.

That’s where you come in.

About the Role

Openprise is the AI and data automation platform behind some of the world's most efficient revenue operations teams. We're looking for a senior product marketing manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Someone who can shape how we position our platform in a crowded market and then roll up their sleeves to make it happen.

In this role, you will lead the product marketing function and report to the CMO. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence over the activities and programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with product, sales, and demand gen to bring our story to market in a way that resonates with RevOps, MarketingOps, and SalesOps leaders.

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION. THE POSITION IS BASED IN SAN MATEO, CA. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and own Openprise's positioning for key buyer personas across our core use cases.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that differentiate Openprise in the market.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and create materials and training to help our sales team win.
  • Lead product launches and new feature releases, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Own the GTM plan: from the messaging framework to launch day assets to post-launch measurement.
  • Build the decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and ROI tools that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates. Train the Sales team on new initiatives and campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify gaps and keep enablement materials up to date.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases, pain points, and buying journeys, and assist in developing compelling case studies, proof points, and reference programs in partnership with customer success.
  • Ensure Openprise is well-represented in reports, reviews, and industry conversations.
  • Gather and synthesize buyer and customer insights to inform messaging, product direction, and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company selling to technical or operational buyers.
  • Proven track record of translating complex products into crisp, differentiated positioning.
  • Equally strong at strategic planning and hands-on execution — you don’t wait for someone else to write the first draft.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence and drive action
  • Experience in the RevOps, MarketingOps, or data/analytics space is a significant plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • MBA or advanced business/technical degree desired, but not required
Base Salary - $145,000 - $160,000 - will be determined based on experience.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
