Job Description
Openprise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing technology and data strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is not only a Marketo expert but is also eager to become an outward-facing voice in the marketing operations community. You will be instrumental in managing our Martech stack, driving campaign reporting and analytics, and ensuring our demand generation teams have the operational support they need to succeed.
This position is not remote. Qualified candidates must be able to commute to San Mateo, CA, at least twice a week.
Responsibilities
- Marketo management: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for the Openprise Marketo instance, including system configuration/optimization, user management, and integration with other platforms.
- Demand generation partnership: Work closely with our demand generation and sales teams to understand their needs and provide support for campaign execution, lead management, and pipeline acceleration.
- Web management: Oversee external web vendors and own the optimization of the company website by managing content and landing pages, ensuring SEO/analytics/tracking integrations, supporting campaign launches, and driving lead capture and conversion improvements in alignment with the broader marketing tech stack.
- Community engagement: Represent Openprise as a thought leader in the marketing operations community through public speaking engagements, webinars, and content creation.
- Campaign reporting & analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and funnel effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously evaluate and improve our marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations (MOPs)
- Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Marketo
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for dashboard and reporting
- Knowledge in web development and web management
- Proven ability to work with and support demand generation teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data analysis
- Experience or strong interest in a public speaking and outward-facing role within the MOPs community
- Background in RevOps strategy or GTM process alignment a plus
- Familiarity with data automation, clean-up, enrichment, or attribution—aligned with Openprise’s platform value proposition a plus
Base Salary - $120,000 - $130,000 - will be determined based on experience.
